Carl Jeffers on the Radio
Carl Jeffers is one of the few people who started out in Television and then expanded over to Radio, where the
longer format and time allotment allows him to delve deeper into issues and explore them in a way that
listeners often suggest is like "attending a seminar."
For five years, Jeffers hosted his own weekly radio show, "ON FIRE WITH CARL JEFFERS", on KIRO Radio in
Seattle, and he also co-hosted the popular "Jennings and Jeffers" weekend political talk show on the national
award winning WLS - ABC Radio Station in Chicago. Jeffers brought a deft conversational and civil approach to
"talk radio" that made him a favorite throughout the Pacific Northwest, and his tactful integration of Jazz
music themes coming out of his commercial breaks became a signature hallmark of the "Jeffers style."
Carl Jeffers is still heard as a special guest commentator on radio shows and stations throughout the country,
including regular appearances on the Sid Rosenberg Radio Show out of Florida, KABC in Los Angeles, and
stations in Dallas and New Jersey. Carl Jeffers on the radio - "a great voice at the right time."
